What are FunFloorPlans?

FunFloorPlans are premade creative designs for your virtual Remo events. They can be purchased off-the-shelf or can be customized.

They save you the hassle of having to come up with an idea, find the right, experienced designer, and go through the back-and-forth of making sure it will work. All FunFloorPlans have been validated and use tested with Remo and will work on the Remo platform.

*READY-TO-GO PLAN -- when you see this on a floorplan, it means it's ready to go. You can order it and have it delivered to your Remo account within 48 hours.


Can I use these floor plans for more than one event?

Our floor plans are licensed for a specific company to use (or in any department within the same company).

So, yes, you can use a floor plan for more than one event, as long as it is for one specific company.

However, the license does not permit you to resell, share, or to use the floor plan for any other company.

For example, if you are a virtual event production agency and you want to use a Fun Floor Plan for three different clients, you need to purchase three separate floor plans.

Can I share these floor plans?

We’re glad you asked! Nope.

Our floor plans are licensed for a specific company to use (or in any department within the same company).

However, the license does not permit you to resell, share, or to use the floor plan for any other company or entity.


Can I use this floor plan for other companies that I own?

Our floor plans are licensed for your specific company use (in any department within your company). However, the license does not permit you to resell, or to use the floor plan for any other entity. Please see our licensing agreement for all the details.


Do you provide technical support if I need help after I purchase a floor plan?

No, we are not able to offer this service. All of our floor plans have passed Remo validation and use testing, and are ready to go for use in the Remo platform.

Any help that you need in using them should be addressed with Remo directly. They provide customer support for customers who have paid subscriptions.

We strongly advise that you order with sufficient time to test your floorplan before your event so you are comfortable with it.

Can I modify these floor plans?

Of course! You can have us make changes for a fee. Change fees range from $100-$2000+, depending on the extent of changes requested. There is typically a two-week turnaround time, although it can be longer.

In addition, Remo recommends you load your floor plan at least 7-10 business days before your event so you have time to test it. So planning well in advance is your best bet.

Our modified floor plans are licensed products (not bespoke custom floor plans), and as such, will always carry our copyright information.


What if I don't use all the sponsor banners?

We design our floorplans so that the sponsor banners are invisible when not in use.


When a floor plan says the total seats are 120, does that mean I can seat 120 attendees?

No, Remo counts every seat, including the administrator seat and any seats on the stage/green room area, as well as all table seats. 

In addition, Remo only allows a maximum of 80% of all seats to be filled at any given time during an event – this is to allow attendees to move about the room and change tables. 

So for example, if you purchase a floor plan with 120 seats x 80% = 96 maximum seats available (including administrator and green room seats).

You'll notice our specs differentiate between total seats and total capacity. Total capacity is the number of attendees Remo will allow you to seat in that floor plan.


Can you customize one of these floor plans for me?

By all means! You can have us make changes for a fee. Customization fees range from $100-$2000+, depending on the extent of changes requested. Including the price of the floor plan itself, a modified floor plan will typically run $500-$1000 USD. There is typically a two-week turnaround time, but it can be longer. The more changes you are requesting, the more time we need.


How quickly can I get a Fun Floorplan?

Floorplans marked *READY-TO-GO can be delivered to your Remo account within 48 business hours. (Then Remo takes up to 24 hours to load it to your account.)

Customized floorplans can take two weeks or more, depending on the extent of the customization and the general workload on our designers.
